Data Deletion Instructions — Cachalotlab
This page explains how to ask Comercializadora Web SAS (Cachalotlab) to delete personal data processed by Cachalotlab or through its authorized Meta/WhatsApp connection services.
This process covers Cachalotlab. It does not delete data from Domi Tienda or Meta/WhatsApp. For data managed inside Domi Tienda, use the deletion process provided in that product. To delete data held by WhatsApp or Meta on their own platforms, also use their privacy and support tools.

Submit a request
Email contacto@cachalotlab.com with the subject “Data deletion request — Cachalotlab.” Include:
- Your name and a safe email address or phone number for our reply.
- The Cachalot business or service you interacted with and a description of the data you want deleted.
- If relevant, the business you messaged on WhatsApp, the related WhatsApp number, and the Meta business account or integration. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or the full contents of your chats.
- If you are making the request for another person or business, reasonable proof that you are authorized to do so.
We will confirm receipt, verify the request using only the information reasonably needed, and tell you its scope and outcome. We will delete or anonymize data that can be removed and explain any retention required by law, security, or claims. Response periods follow applicable law and the relevant contract. You do not need to sign in to contact Cachalot.
If you are a consumer messaging a business on WhatsApp
The business you contacted decides how it uses customer-service data and is generally the controller. Ask that business to delete your data first. Cachalot may operate the technical connection on that business's behalf and under its instructions; if we receive your request, we will forward it or help process it as appropriate.
Disconnect a Meta integration
An authorized business administrator can revoke access or disconnect the integration through the settings for its Meta business portfolio or business integrations, or ask contacto@cachalotlab.com for help. Revoking access prevents future use of that authorization but does not by itself necessarily delete data already received by Cachalot, the business, or other providers. To request deletion of that data, also email us as described above.
